I think I'm being generous with 2 stars. Yes they were on time yes they were friendly. We are in the process of reloading 2 trailers that this crew loaded. Hardly anything was wrapped properly and secured. If we had taken these trailers 2,500 miles down the road, my furniture would have been destroyed. Not to mention while loading, they put a hole in my leather bar stool and put a huge scratch in my solid wood expensive table. This is after I requested they be extremely careful with it. They also didn't tell me they had done it. I supplied more than enough blankets but they hardly used them and they didnt use any stretch wrap to secure the few blankets they used. Not to mention their employee going to the bathroom in my front yard (caught on camera). Keep in mind you have basically no recourse for their poor work.

The team that came lead by Shawn did a great job we’re very helpful tidy and very careful- not even a fingerprint on freshly painted walls . They did everything f I needed and always asked what else they could do. They were very communicative also on the day of letting me know their arrival time .
