Chad and his crew arrived within the time window and made fast work of unloading my POD into a storage unit. They were courteous and careful with my belongings. Would definitely recommend!

First, I was not made aware that they did not work past a certain time. When booking, I was told that anything over my booked time was extra. They were only able to load the truck, causing me to have to pay an additional day for the truck and book an additional day to unload.
Upon unloading the next day, I found SEVERAL broken items. Dresser drawer handles inseparable, vanity mirror broken, full length LED mirror broken, couch legs broken, screws for entire dining room set missing. Dining table scratched.
Spoke with the owner and manager and was assured that someone would be back to take a look at and possibly take care of some of the items. Several calls, several messages… nothing!

These guys came in and attacked. Asked where everything went and got it done. I had a couple of pieces that I considered very heavy, and they made it look like light work. They went above and beyond. I am very satisfied and highly recommend them.
