They had a hard time with the larger items, but otherwise they were excellent and very polite. I paid for an extra hour that wasn't needed and they should have deducted it before final payment but they didn't.

They were late because they were on a job prior to mine that ran over but wouldn't have been a big deal if they would have called me to let me know which they didn't. I called them to see where they were. Then the guy that packed my truck..ugg! I wish I would have stayed out there and told them how to load the truck. A lot of wasted space and a few things were damaged or broken upon arrival to unload it. The two guys moving the stuff were amazing though. They really kept moving bringing out the stuff as the packet in the truck told them what to bring next. I wouldn't hire them again unless I was able to stand it at the truck watching how they are packing it.

Terrance and Eric arrived promptly, greeted me kindly and started in right away. I thought two hours might be enough, but I had a ton of heavy furniture. These two wonderful movers kept going, trip after trip - first out of one place and packing the moving truck perfectly and then unloading everything.
I know they aren't always available to go over the time, but I just had so much stuff, and we made 2 trips to the new place and got it all moved.
I can't recommend them enough - kind, courteous, professional, hard working, and diligent.
