These guys were fantastic at helping us move our stuff in from our truck into our home. They really knew how to get large furniture into a narrow hallway or stairway and into the rooms we intended. They were very polite and worked quickly to unload our large 20' truck inside the 2 hours we bought. I'd highly recommend them!

Great experience! I booked them online and quickly received a phone call to confirm. They were available the day and time I wanted, even booking just a week ahead. I booked three lovers for 2 hrs and that was perfect for a two-bedroom apartment on the second floor. The three guys were polite and hard working and wore their masks the whole time. They got everything moved in during the time slot and put everything where I wanted it. No damaged items or wall scrapes, etc. highly recommend!

Safety Movers did a wonderful Job! Unfortunately the truck was packed incorrectly (by another company) and when they opened the moving truck door, a bunch of stuff starting falling. They took meticulous care with straightening out the mess that was made ;again, by someone else), and made sure to move all items as carefully as possible. They stayed an hour longer due to this and made sure everything was taken care of when they left. This is my second time using Safety movers and will use them again whenever I have a moving / labor need! Thank you!!

The good:
Management actively reached out to me a few days before to see if I needed anything & confirm everything in the submission.
The workers were great at moving stuff. They were quick but still careful with expensive/delicate stuff.
The bad:
Workers arrived 3-4 hours late due to earlier job taking longer than expected. I get that jobs don't always go as planned, so I'm not surprsied they were late.
The problem is that I started to call management about 30 minutes after workers should have arrived. Took 60-90 minutes before management finally answered the phone & had workers call me. Them being late happens, especially since I wasn't their first job of the day--but not ACTIVELY communicating this to me is unacceptable.
Workers did not bring masks during COVID. However when I supplied masks, they wore them. I did not think to ask about this, so you should specifically ask if you're concerned. Also have spares just in case they do not bring any! This is more of a warning to others than an actual concern since it was easily mitigated in my case.
