Our moving pros were amazing! They called ahead to give me an exact arrival time, arrived on time within the window I pre-selected, and finished early! They were very polite and friendly, and took great care with my items and property. They came prepared with equipment, and maintained a good attitude despite the rain and heat. I would highly recommend their company, and will use them again in the future.

Our guys were great. If you need efficient, hard working and great guys definitely ask for Ken and LJ. They were right on time, worked exceptionally hard and were very respectful. I would 100% use them again.

They were extremely late. Only worked for 3 1/2 out of the 4 hours. Said they would come back later that evening to finish but did not. Then said they would return in the morning. I called them 30 minutes after they were supposed to show next morning and they said their car was broken down. Ended up having to hire another company asap and paid high rates to get it done same day. They also were slow and one of the three guys seemed like he didn’t want to be there at all. They also packed the truck poorly. Would not hire ever again.

Movers were respectful however something red appeared on my sofa in two areas and one area seemed wet but I never saw anyone with soda or a fruit drink, they struggled a little with the sofa and wanted the sofa covered that I provided once it was on the truck. I took out insurance coverage but it’s been difficult to communicate with customer service. Overall not else is needed to report.

We've noticed that customers who have items already packed and furniture items wrapped save time and money. However, we are more than happy to assist with any of these task the day of the move, just please book adequate time if any of these services are needed

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part is seeing customers looks of relief after we've assisted them and also knowing that our company assisted in minimizing some of the customers stress that comes along with moving

Our service providers and sub-contracted and most already have the needed skills to perform the job. I've heard that they stay updated by actual on the job experiences dealing with unexpected issues and how-to video guides available online
