Helpers had loaded all the stuff within the time frame but by the time we opened the pod for unloading , most of the furniture was damaged. Not satisfied at all.

This team was so good! They communicated about when they would arrive, they were professional, they were careful with our things, and they were SO fast. Couldn’t recommend enough. Thank you guys!!

The movers were on time, but immediately upon greeting them I was reminded I only had 2 hours and that they had another job after my time. So that they were only going to do what fell within that time period. Okay. I felt they were unprepared by only bringing one dolly; how you can move someone without a hand truck as well? They proceeded to inform me that my management office usually has a cart that I could borrow because they had a long walk to and from the loading dock. I also made a few trips using my wagon to help them transport my belongings. Sure they worked diligently but that is what I paid for.
As the time winded down and the POD was filling up at about the hour mark I was told all of my items wouldn’t fit, again whatever they could move within the 2 hours they would. At the 2 hour mark they continued to work for an additional 30 minutes. There was no further discussion in regards to being late for their next appointment.
Overall they got the job done but there was a lot of items not packed which turned out to be an added inconvenience. I do not fault the guys for the size of the POD. I would recommend this company but just be sure to ask upfront about the movers being prepared with items that will help them move your items.

The movers came in time and also adjusted their schedule based on my needs.
They moved the the furniture to the second floor in my home, unwrapped the parts and assembled it carefully.
Polite guys, good professionals and hard workers. Overall they did an efficient and good quality job.

We've noticed that customers who have items already packed and furniture items wrapped save time and money. However, we are more than happy to assist with any of these task the day of the move, just please book adequate time if any of these services are needed

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part is seeing customers looks of relief after we've assisted them and also knowing that our company assisted in minimizing some of the customers stress that comes along with moving
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our service providers and sub-contracted and most already have the needed skills to perform the job. I've heard that they stay updated by actual on the job experiences dealing with unexpected issues and how-to video guides available online
