I can report that the two men sent to help with our move were outstanding Gentlemen. That were ready to work even in Ft. Myers heat. Followed our wishes as to where to put everything. And finished up in less time then we thought it would take. I felt we made a good decision in asking Helping Hand Movers of Naples to assist us?

My service team was great. They were careful and polite. They both respected us and we all wore masks the entire time.
They were an hour late but they called me twice and I was comfortable with that. I can handle it when things go wrong as long as I am kept in the loop.

I signed a paper at my home when the job was finished but this email wanted my signature. There was no way to sign this email so what’s the deal with that? Make sure your tech is working as well as the men did today. They were great. Your tech communication has been a bit confusing.

Larry and Hansel were knowledgeable and extremely coordinated and worked in a professional manor organizing and loafing the POD. Excellent employees.

The two men that helped us out were very attentive to the job being done. They were a little late in getting here, because we are in a new house and it was difficult to find. Not on google maps yet.

Would recommend this company for any kind of move. They really worked with us for POD packing. POD was a day late and not in the allotted time frame. Southern Cross Moving worked us into their schedule and were still able to get us packed in a surprising short time. They were well prepared for job and worked very well together and efficiently. Hard working young men with packing knowledge. They took great care of our belongings. I would definitely use this company again!

These guys were fantastic.

They were early and totally prepared with extra blankets, wrap, tape, carts. They brought it all.

They worked really hard and were very respectful of all the furniture both loading and unloading.

I would use them again in a heartbeat. Plus, my sister is a real estate agent, so I grab a few cards for her to refer to new clients also. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone.
