Late, unmotivated, didn’t know what they were doing. Took smoke breaks during my two hour window. One guy, the one that led the crew, had a basic idea of what to do although he wouldn’t listen to how I wanted the pod loaded until I insisted and then still had a hard time. The only thing that saved them was they were at least respectful. Although they didn’t have their own water and had to ask for some which I didn’t mind but you would think they would be prepared. I was not impressed with the crew. It was not a good experience.

Crew gets right to work upon arrival on moving day. Customer does a walk-through with crew chief, and sits back to enjoy a beverage as the Moving U crew does the moving waltz.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
For efficiency moves, customer should have everything boxed and ready to go for Moving U crew to take away and place on truck. For custom moves, customer should call the night before move and on moving day have all items designated for customized options (e.g. packing, wrapping, sealing, etc.)
