Very understanding and accommodating! The POD company didn’t show up the day before Otto’s Moving Company was coming as planned. When I alerted them about this last minute changed and they readjusted the original scheduled time. I was so grateful because I had taken time off from work!
On moving day, the crew showed up on time. Very polite and got right to work. The POD was unloaded in record time!

Otto's did an outstanding job. They worked hard and were respectful of our goods and our notes indicating what was fragile and what shouldn't have things stacked on top of it. They came in uniform and had a great knowledge of how to pack a POD effectively. While they did arrive late, I received a phone call before the job start time letting us know that they were running late which I appreciated. I would use them again.

Otto’s was absolutely excellent. Two really thoughtful movers arrived on time, and were friendly, efficient, and clearly experienced in moving furniture of all kinds. I couldn’t have been happier with the level of service. These guys used more engineering than muscle, using physics to their advantage, measuring in advance, and employing the right tools and supports at the right times. They were always careful to protect both furniture and walls. We had their help in moving nearly $10K worth of high-quality furniture and they treated each piece with utmost care.

As soon as we got the email from the customer we call to discuss the move, get all the details.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Call 30 minutes before we get on site, show up on time, clean and uninformed, introduce ourself to the customer, go thru everything on the site to make sure we know what we have to move, find the best way to the truck/container and start loading/unloading, pay attention, communicate, team work dream work
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The customer has to make sure that the crew has parking for the truck, give direction on what we have to move and what not, label all boxes, use the right boxes for the right items.
What types of moves have you handled?
We do local and long distance move (48 states). Licensed and insured. Commercial and rezindetial.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Every day is different, different challenges, driving trucks, meet new people every day, see new places everyday.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Every month we do training, loading/unloading trucks, and containers, packing boxes.
