Arrived early and waited for the appointment time. They did an inventory of all the items to be moved and then got busy. The two men were friendly, courteous and very efficient.
They did a masterful job of loading our storage pod and moving some very heavy items down a curved staircase. I would definitely use Otto’s Movers again.

Otto's moving and storage were communicative and responsive, and flexible.
Louis and Gabriel were great workers--easy-going, very careful, and conscientious, but slow. They arrived on time (actually a little early). But, instead of my estimate of 2 hours, it took 7 1/2, from 8 am till mid-afternoon.
They emptied out the large items (furniture and some boxes), and the shelving and a few items from our storage locker, but they did not finish the job, claiming there was not enough room in the truck and that they did not have enough time.
They might have been able to load up the empty shelves. It also took them a while to disassemble the bed.
I would still recommend them, because of their respect and care. It would be good, though, to get a better estimate of the timing and cost (perhaps a visit in advance) in order to plan accordingly.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
As soon as we got the email from the customer we call to discuss the move, get all the details.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Call 30 minutes before we get on site, show up on time, clean and uninformed, introduce ourself to the customer, go thru everything on the site to make sure we know what we have to move, find the best way to the truck/container and start loading/unloading, pay attention, communicate, team work dream work
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The customer has to make sure that the crew has parking for the truck, give direction on what we have to move and what not, label all boxes, use the right boxes for the right items.
What types of moves have you handled?
We do local and long distance move (48 states). Licensed and insured. Commercial and rezindetial.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Every day is different, different challenges, driving trucks, meet new people every day, see new places everyday.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Every month we do training, loading/unloading trucks, and containers, packing boxes.
