Movers were courteous, friendly, and it seemed they genuinely cared for the items being moved, especially when loading the items in the truck. The movers had all the tools necessary to breakdown what was needed. I highly recommend Pleasant Moving if help is needed for any size job.

The movers were supposed to arrive between 9 and 10 am. I called at 10:05 to see where they were and was told one of the movers had a flat tire (Not sure why they didn't call to let me know sooner?) They ended up not being able to come because of this, so I called and cancelled.

Rob &Billy arrived and they got right to work. Very organized! The truck was packed in no time. 6 room apartment + alot of basement boxes done in three hours! They made quick work when taking my washer & dryer & other large furniture up a narrow staircase. Nothing was damaged or broken!

Workers were pleasant and appeared to be working hard but had serious problems with the move.
- 1 mover didn't show on time. The company insisted I hard to start with two movers despite the fact that the other mover wouldn't arrive for an hour (which would still be in my expect window) and had to pay for that hour
- They didn't show with plastic wrap or dollies or other equipment promised
- They were much smaller / slower than any other movers I've used
- 3 pieces of furniture were damaged
- The damage could have been prevented if they'd used the moving blankets I provided but they didn't.
Under no circumstances could I recommend this company or use them again.

Arrived an hour and 15 minutes late, but I can't know if that's because they were held up at their last job or overbooked or what. Despite the late arrival and my subsequent natural concern - I only had my U-Haul Truck booked for a few hours that day - once they arrived, Robert and Billy were great. They got to work as soon as they arrived, were wicked nice, and took care with all my belongings. They even moved my unpacked TV by putting in the trunk of their car to make sure it didn't get broken during the move. And they did this all on a hot and humid August day with a smile on their faces.

We have a wide variety of moving services. We are residential movers, office movers, & commercial movers. We offer: In-state moving, piano moving, pods, storages, junk removal, basement clean-outs, furniture delivery, loading and unloading, Packing and unpacking, disassembly and reassembly, pick-up and delivery, hoisting, and any duties related to moving. We also move small motor Vehicles and motorcycle moving as well. We are a team of experienced professional movers.

What training do you provide your crew members?
We only hire experienced professional movers with years of knowledge on relocation and transportion. We train some of our movers who do not have as much experience how to properly wrap furniture, how to properly disassemble and reassembled, how to pack a truck ,container or pod properly and well as unloading in the correct manner. We also are big on property protection as far as walls and floors. We focus on your property during your move to maintain a perfect relocation.
