Andrew and his crew were prompt, efficient, and thorough. I appreciated the ease of contact and flexibility with scheduling. When it came time to moving a 350 lb bathtub up a flight of stairs, Pleasant did a great job protecting woodwork and flooring. They very carefully executed the move.

I hired three men to unload a storage unit and load a moving truck for an out-of-state move. Andrew and the crew arrived on time and promptly got to work. They worked hard and completed the job within the estimated time. The men were friendly, helpful, and respected my belongings. They had all the additional tools (tape, ropes, etc) needed to do the job. I highly recommend them. Pleasant Moving of Boston truly made the experience pleasant!

they showed up in the time frame they told me but with three guys instead of two which wasn't a big deal to me because they got it done an hour earlier so the price was the same it really worked out better they worked non stop took the beds apart and back together in the new apartment all in all I would recommend them to family or friends

These guys were great. They got our move done fast and we had some big items to move in small stairways, so I was impressed. They were careful with our appliances and furniture not to damage them. I hired them for 3 hours and they were done in just over 2 hours. They were almost an hour late showing up, but made up for it by getting things moved quickly. I would use them again and will recommend them to friends.

Super late...That being said stayed in reasonable communication, albeit several we'll be there in an hour turning into 4 hours. They sent a free truck to help out since i missed my uhaul. $306 and I get these guys work really hard for a living but come one. Extra to hoist a bedframe and reminding me to add gratuity and they wanted me to pay more for a guy who came to help get the job done faster. I guess here they could have earned a few extra points by offering to do it for free instead of adding money in light of the super lateness.
I worked it out and negotiated and on the whole once they got here they did a super fast job. They were superhuman strength in terms of moving, They Hauled! Really nice people too. They got the job done in record time. I would definitely recommend them!

An absolutely wonderful experience! Pleasant Movers arrived on time, were "pleasant", worked hard and made the move of our furniture from the 2nd floor to the basement easy. We had some issues with the sizes of some of the pieces and they helped us find the solution to fit through some small doorways. We would totally recommend them and use them again!

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

We have a wide variety of moving services. We are residential movers, office movers, & commercial movers. We offer: In-state moving, piano moving, pods, storages, junk removal, basement clean-outs, furniture delivery, loading and unloading, Packing and unpacking, disassembly and reassembly, pick-up and delivery, hoisting, and any duties related to moving. We also move small motor Vehicles and motorcycle moving as well. We are a team of experienced professional movers.

What training do you provide your crew members?
We only hire experienced professional movers with years of knowledge on relocation and transportion. We train some of our movers who do not have as much experience how to properly wrap furniture, how to properly disassemble and reassembled, how to pack a truck ,container or pod properly and well as unloading in the correct manner. We also are big on property protection as far as walls and floors. We focus on your property during your move to maintain a perfect relocation.
