I would like to respectfully clarify a few details from my perspective. The PODS container arrived approximately two hours later than scheduled, which affected the overall timeline and was outside of our control. During the process, I communicated that it would be important for PODS to arrive within a reasonable and timely window in order to keep the job on schedule and help ensure everything could be completed efficiently, especially considering the customer’s upcoming flight. Despite the delay, we remained on-site and continued working to complete the job professionally. Even with the delay, the job still took 5 hours and 15 minutes.

The individual who booked the job and later left this review was not present on-site during the service. I primarily communicated with the customer’s daughter both over the phone and in person throughout the job. The daughter who was present was courteous during the service, and we carefully packed and protected the belongings using the materials that were available. In addition, there was a shortage of properly sized wardrobe boxes for the amount of clothing that needed to be packed, which made the packing process more challenging and required extra time and adjustments on our end. We still worked through it and did our best to ensure the clothing was packed as securely and efficiently as possible under the circumstances. We take pride in our work and always strive to go above and beyond to ensure items are packed safely and securely.

Regarding scheduling, your reserved service time remained our priority. While I mentioned that I had another appointment later in the day—as many service professionals do—I did not cut your job short or compromise the quality of the work. We worked diligently throughout the service and completed the job to the best of our ability.
