Had a 1 hour window for them to meet me at the site but they were an additional 90 minutes late.....communication was terrible and the dispatcher was not truthful with me he told me when he said "they are in the truck and will be there in 20 mins" He strung me along and 90 minutes later the movers finally arrived.
Specific details that I sent in 2x about where to meet were not passed on to the driver so they went exactly where I asked them not to go and bothered the person I did not want them to bother.
The gentlemen that came to the job were quick, efficient and polite.
