They did a good job and packed the moving pod the best they could. They were very polite and courteous. The price is definitely incomparable to other moving companies, so go with Halkus -- it's worth it. My only recommendation would be to practice better communication beforehand. I called the number provided to me several times and left a message but I didn't get confirmation until 2 days prior to the job. Also, Rob called the morning of to tell me he woke up late and would be late to the 9-10AM arrival, but actually the job was scheduled for 10-11AM so he was on time. I thought that was amusing.

These guys are awesome! Go with them. They got there and did it all for me. I was beat from moving what I could so they did the rest! I think we were all done with my bedroom set, couch, fireplace, and about 10 boxes in about an hour. And then they helped me set up the bed frame and attach the mirror to the dresser.

I had an odd job and Halkus Inc. was perfect. They claim they will do anything and this is true. The job consisted of moving heavy steel beams around as well as simple stuff like removing tape. They were respectful and always looking a step ahead to continue working. Perfect!

These guys were so helpful. I reserved them for three hours, but needed them for twice as long. They were totally willing to stay until the end regardless of how long it took. We moved two third story apartments into one second floor apartment, filled a whole 20ft truck and these guys didn't slow down! Not only were they hard working, but very personable, a pleasure to speak with, and very willing to help in any way.
