I wouldn't have left a review if it weren't for the repeated emails I kept getting from this site. The movers did what they were asked to do. They were on time and stayed as long as they were supposed to. They weren't particularly fast or bright and had no organizational skills when it comes to loading a truck (which I had to reorganize). Who loads the small stuff first? I was surprised at how much stuff I still had to move after they were gone. The blankets were intended for wrapping furniture, not carpeting the truck. We moved the delicate things (TV, dresser) because we were afraid they'd break them. Not sure why I had to move the 2 air conditioners myself.
Removing the couch legs was a brilliant idea they didn't think of before ramming it thru the doorway. The TV stand was damaged (albeit not worth much anyway), but still. Like I said before, I don't want to say negative things, but I kept getting prodded for a review.

Ok first 3 very young movers show up who had to be dropped off and had no vehicle of their own. Second I hired them to pack a POD they did not know how to do that. Which left alot of stuff needing to go in a uhaul we went and got. PODS would not bring another POD saying it would not fit in my very large drive way. Then we had to repack the truck because they just put stuff in there then said it did not fit. Fit for us. Owner won’t answer his phone he only used texting. Last they agreed to follow us to a storage place to unpack the truck but needed one of the guys grandmother to first pick them up. Of course they got lost getting to storage unit. They brought NO tools we had to take beds apart and everything else. The owner told me I needed to ask for tools. They would not use our tools. That’s insane what moving place does not bring hand tools. IF YOU NEED A POD PACKED DONT USE THIS COMPANY. I will not pay to have them unload. I will never use POD referral place Ihirehelpers. Get someone else. Oh yes they charged me full price for this. NO owner never tried to make it right.

Both movers were on time and did a good job. They were very professional. I gave both of the movers a tip, and I would recommend them to others

Was not impressed with their services, very unprofessional. They did not know what they were doing and how to pack and load properly. They were very slow, which led me to having to pay for two extra hours of services. Towards the end, they were just throwing things on top of other pieces of items. I would never use them again.

Arrived promptly, exactly on time. Excellent communication throughout the process. Worked very hard and finished ahead of schedule, then helped me take some of the trash to the curb. No damage to the goods. Would definitely use them again!
