We won't blame the two gentleman that came it was the company itself that was 3 hours late and made us late for the next two appointsments we had scheduled and then late to start our cross country drive. The two guys were really good, packed the truck in an excellent way nothing moved the whole 2500 mile trip. It was just unprofessional of us being schedueld bwteen 9-10am and getting at text at 9:20 saying they weren't going to make it until 11/12/ Ended up gettig to our place at 12:40pm. Bitter taste in our mouth, we chose them because they were rated a 4.5 star business. The movers were suppose to bring a dolly and that never came so we did a lot of the moving. Stay safe, healthy, and positive:)
