Ty worked very hard, was kind and thoughtful of the space. However, Mr. Derek took many breaks, was slow and complained about the work.

The arrival window for WNY movers was from 1-2 pm. I was moving across the country (taking several days to arrive in Buffalo), so I timed my drive to arrive in time for that window. The movers arrived at 6:15 pm, more than 4 hours after the set time. I was trying to get in touch with the movers all day, and although they did respond, it felt like they kept pushing me off rather than being honest about their arrival time. I called customer service twice, as I was afraid they wouldn't show up, and ended up moving half of my items myself while I waited for their arrival. When they did arrive, they were kind and quick, and I believe they handled my belongings with care.

I was fortunate to have Devon and his brother Tai on the job today. They were on time, polite, smooth and efficient.
Also they were friendly, cooperative in any way, and were a delight to speak with and converse as the job progressed.
We would recommend them without hesitation, and will ask for them for our next move; already have recommended them for a friend who is moving soon.

They were on time. They called to see if we were at the POD and told us their time of arrival. Upon arrival and introductions they got right to the task at hand. Devin, the lead hand, was very good, unpacked the POD knowing that some items had moved and repacked the Uhaul with precison. They handled every item with care. Devin instructed his helper so everything was tightly stored in the Uhaul, nothing moved and nothing was broken at our destination in Niagara, Ontario.
Both men were very polite, did the job and wasted no time. We would certainly recommend this company to friends and family. Thank you , very happy

Well it didn’t start off very well they were late and told us that they had a hard time finding a forth person. Then if you ask me they were lazy and really had to hold there hand after pointing out what we wanted done and where to put things. If you ask me I think I should get some of my money back.
