I'm so glad we went with WNY Movers. The guys were very polite and professional and worked very hard. They were careful and helped us pack our moving truck wonderfully. We were moving from a second floor apartment with very tight stairs and our landlord had just painted the hallways. I was so nervous one of the walls would get bumped or scratched with furniture but the guys from WNY Movers were so awesome...not a single scratch or mark. Excellent service, highly recommend.

These guys definitely are not professionals. 1. One guy of my two-man crew worked harder, but the other was not up to the task. 2. But working hard is just part of the story. Overall, they were not prepared for moving things into my building. The "manager" dropped them off without hand-trucks, dollys, carts, or anything that would have helped them move my items efficiently. The "manager" never discussed with me in advance what my building was like, or what they would need to do the job efficiently. Seeing how slowly things were going, I myself logged 9.8 miles and climbed nearly 50 flights of steps, and they still went 1.5 hours of overtime. I paid extra for 3 flights of steps, but I was the only one who used them. The crew used the one elevator that had to be shared with the rest of the tenants of the building. 3. The crew generally lacked the knowledge and skills good professional movers have when it comes to caring for the things they are moving. They did carry the sofa up the steps, but damaged it in the process. I have filed a clam for damages. I will never use WNY movers again and I suggest look elsewhere for professional movers, who can do the job efficiently and care.

They were great guys, and I'm sure I didn't order enough help. However my pod from front to back was full and plenty of room from bottom to top. When I move I will have to pay to have it unloaded and reloaded to fit the rest of our things.

I needed help moving a couple King Mattresses up a very long flight of indoor stairs, one was already stuck in the stair well from my wonderful efforts. These guys were very professional, courteous, and did their job well. We were concerned with the ceiling being damaged and they didn't touch the ceiling at all. Thank you so much, we will need your services again at the end of June.

WNY movers did a phenomenal job. They worked very hard and were gentle with our furniture. we were concerned about the amount of space in our trailer but they packed everything expertly and we ended up having extra space when we were done! They helped take apart our furniture and strap it down for a secure move. We were very impressed and thankful to have them. Would use them again.
