I had an absolutely terrible experience with this moving service and would not recommend them.
During my move, the movers got into an argument/fight with each other while they were supposed to be handling my belongings, they proceeded to take things outside in front of my apartment door and got ready to fight physically. The situation became so unprofessional that the move was not even properly completed, and items were left behind AND my bed frame was not taken apart, and I really needed for it to be.
I hired and paid a moving company because I expected my belongings to be moved safely and the job to be completed, not to have to deal with conflict between the movers themselves and then be left with an unfinished move.
What made the experience even more frustrating was how the situation was handled afterward. Despite the service I paid for not being properly completed and the completely unacceptable behavior that occurred during the move, I was offered only a $35 resolution. The manager, Benjamin Conway, was extremely unprofessional and did not offer any resolutions and was very dismissive.
I ultimately had to dispute the charge with my credit card company because I did not feel the response remotely reflected what happened or the service I actually received.
Moving is already stressful enough. Customers should not have to deal with movers fighting during the job, belongings being left behind, an incomplete move, and then an inadequate response when they try to resolve the issue.
Based on my experience, I would absolutely not use this company again. They are extremely unprofessional and I'm not sure why HireAHelper would even have Move With Us as an option as one of their service providers. Terrible. I have posted this on YELP as well with photo and video proof.

They were a bit late because the move right before mine went unexpectedly long, but this was communicated to me over the phone. Though I booked three hours, they moved everything in my apartment in under two hours. I very much appreciated how they got everything done with minimal communication needed considering the extreme amount of sleep deprivation I was suffering from. Would definitely recommend.
