What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On your moving day, you can count on my team to arrive on time and call or text 30 min. upon arrival. We will begin with a walkthrough to confirm all special items and instructions. Rest assured, my crew will handle your belongings with utmost care, we provide floor protection and all necessary materials to keep your items safe and protected during the move, we provide floor protection and all necessary materials. Our goal is to leave you completely satisfied and comfortably settled in your new home.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure to defrost, clean, and dry your fridge at least 24 hours before the move, secure parking for the moving truck. Pack an essentials box with items you’ll need immediately in your new home, like toiletries and a change of clothes. Update your address with your bank and utility providers, and ensure your new home has utilities set up. Transport valuables and important documents yourself, and verify your insurance covers the move.
