The movers were good, but their business practices are shady. I pre-paid for 5 hours, and they took 3 hours. They have a policy to not pay back unused reserved time. I only learned this after they took my money, INCLUDING an $80 cash tip.

First of all, I’m not in the moving business. I don’t know how long things take.
Second, they accepted my tip, knowing they were going to charge me for 2 unused hours.
Third: I reached out to them three times by email and text to ask them assist me for the two remaining hours I paid for some additional moving work I had, and they refused to return my messages.
Very disappointing.
Read the small print and under estimate how long you think it’ll take so you don’t get charged too much.
There’s a reason moving businesses are among the least trusted, and this company is yet another stain on the industry.

The two gentlemen that showed were on time, but neither one spoke English, only Spanish. They didn't understand a lot of what was needed and were constantly on their phones. They brought no tools, not even a screwdriver or dolly, and had to take things apart using their fingers to unscrew stuff. Despite only needing to move a bed, chest of drawers, dining room table and chairs, and a couch and recliner, it took them an hour and a half just to load these few things! I received a phone call from the boss after an hour and a half telling me that they only had 36 minutes left on the two hours I ordered and paid for in advance. I told him we needed another hour and he said no. They had another place to go to, and would try to get back after that job. We raced the 2 miles to my daughter's new apartment, and they only got the bed frame unloaded. Most of the time they were on their phones, leaning against the truck. Then one of them showed me a text translated on their phone telling me that the boss said they had to leave! The truck still needed to be unloaded! I'm a 66 yo woman! I couldn't do it myself, and my daughter can only do so much alone. While the new apartment was on the third floor, i was charged an additional 30 PER flight, to take it up there. This cost me an additional 90 and they only moved a bedframe! After much back and forth with the boss after they left, he kept saying he would call me. 2 hours later he said they could come the following morning! I told him no. I only rented the truck for the day and needed to have it returned by 11pm! He then told me 9pm. He showed up himself, with someone different. It only took them 20 minutes to unload the rest. Again, no screwdriver to put bedframe back together. They did attach the couch top sections to the bottom ones, at least. I was charged an additional hour for this! I personally think these guys were slow as molasses so I would have to pay extra. But that's just me. It cost me approximately 450 to move my daughter 2 miles down the road to a different complex! And that didn't include the cost of the truck or the mileage! (108 miles), as I live in a different city from her in the metroplex. This was her only day off for the week, and her boyfriend was at work. We figured it would be quicker and cheaper, and easier on everyone, to hire some help to load and unload. And they still didn't take the one furniture piece around the side of the building to the dumpster like we asked. She ended up having to get her boyfriend after he got off work the next day to come and help her move everything else. While I appreciate the boss personally coming at night to finish the job, if the two others had not been so slow and stayed off of their phones, it could have gotten done in time! Boss is nice, but I would not recommend if these same two guys come. At least have one of them speak English so you can communicate your needs.

Came on time. Only had a small hand truck which made them have to hand carry or try and maneuver awkwardly.
Damaged one leather recliner.
They did work harder then they had to if they would have had furniture dolly .
