Our three movers from Top Tier Texas Moving called promptly that morning and showed up on time. The movers were extremely respectful and courteous, and did the best job they could do given the limited resources they had. We hired the movers primarily to help us with the heavy items such as a safe, piano, and large sectional. They didn't use any straps, moving disks, or furniture dollies to complete this move, therefore, we ended up with some dented floors and a broken armoire leg. Not to mention, they were fatigued quickly. This company has a good thing going with their workers, they just need more of a professional service.

I thought the jacked around a lot.
They broke a very valuable marble top table and dropped several pieces of art work I have don’t and did damage.,
All there time was spent wrapping items which took the whole 3 hours. I knew they were playing me about a hour and half in. I’ll never use this service again.

They showed up nearly 3 hours late after telling me multiple ETA's that kept getting pushed back. Granted, there were some circumstances out of their control that caused the delay but it was not handled well in my opinion. The guys got everything done in the allotted time window but were not the most careful with handling items, i.e. some boxes were not carried upright, items banging into walls while carried out, etc. Ultimately they got the job done but I would not recommend them and would not hire again.

Overall they did a great job. Very friendly and nice. They did arrive 40 min late and stayed in the car an additional 20 min waiting on the pod. But once they got to work they did good. I had to pay an extra hour for my 1 bedroom apartment with 2 flights of stairs. So 6 hours was not enough and my washer and dryer did not make it into the 16 foot container.

To ensure you get the most out of your moving experience we recommend: *Packing all small/ loose items. *Label all fragile boxes (Preferably on multiple sides) *Emptying out dressers/hutches. (Doing so helps prevents damage) *Provide or request moving blankets to protect furniture. *Provide or request ropes or straps. (to stabilize with)
What types of moves have you handled?
Our crew has handled moves of all calibers from simple rearrangements to short term moves to multi-stop moves to long distance moves. We have dealt with: *moving an individual into a studio apartment *families into their first homes *Moves in mansions/ large estates (largest to date is 80 acre property!) *Medical and business offices, Restaurants, gyms.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
As movers our favorite part of the move is the relief, instilled confidence and joy we bring our clients when they see that they are in good hands. There are tons of reasons why moves are stressful, we're glad we can do our part to make the loading and unloading portions the easy part for you!
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are required to undergo our "rookie-vet" training. Our "rookies" are required to join one of our seasoned crews. During this time learning moving techniques and ideologies is their main focus while assisting our "vets". -Side note: When you see an extra mover on the job don't worry, there is no additional cost to you!
