Rene and the guys did an awesome, efficient and expeditious packing of our POD l! I wish they were unloading as well, after a quick walk through of what’s staying and going in each room they began immediately and didn’t stop until they were done wow!

The 4 men arrived on time and ready to work with all the needed equipment. Of the 3 men that worked, they did a great job. The fourth man was in and out of the bathroom and sitting down as he had a terrible hangover. The three men still finished the job in the time allotted, however I had paid for 4 guys for 3 hours..... I got 3 guys for 3 hours. Overall a good experience though.

Alonso and Deangelo were fantastic, two of the best movers I've ever worked with. They were prompt, to the point but professional, and communicative. They asked the right questions when they needed to and were very considerate and accommodating. They took good care of my items while moving them and even asked where I wanted boxes and items to be in my new apartment, which is a small but significant detail that shows they go above and beyond to provide great service. Lastly I feel the price was very fair, the payment process was easy, and I happily tipped. I would definitely use them in the future and recommend to others!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
When a customer books with TTT expect professionalism across the board. You will receive consistent communication answering all questions, concerns and providing recommendations as needed. Customers are encouraged to give additional details they feel is relevant to the move.

On moving day you can expect... * updates on arrival times. *Movers will show up on time with positive attitudes ready to see your move through.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure you get the most out of your moving experience we recommend: *Packing all small/ loose items. *Label all fragile boxes (Preferably on multiple sides) *Emptying out dressers/hutches. (Doing so helps prevents damage) *Provide or request moving blankets to protect furniture. *Provide or request ropes or straps. (to stabilize with)
What types of moves have you handled?
Our crew has handled moves of all calibers from simple rearrangements to short term moves to multi-stop moves to long distance moves. We have dealt with: *moving an individual into a studio apartment *families into their first homes *Moves in mansions/ large estates (largest to date is 80 acre property!) *Medical and business offices, Restaurants, gyms.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
As movers our favorite part of the move is the relief, instilled confidence and joy we bring our clients when they see that they are in good hands. There are tons of reasons why moves are stressful, we're glad we can do our part to make the loading and unloading portions the easy part for you!
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are required to undergo our "rookie-vet" training. Our "rookies" are required to join one of our seasoned crews. During this time learning moving techniques and ideologies is their main focus while assisting our "vets". -Side note: When you see an extra mover on the job don't worry, there is no additional cost to you!
