Showed up early, immediately started helping without even having to ask anything, followed instructions perfectly and were very diligent and professional.

Kenny Luks and CJ were exception for the start and throughout the entire experience. They confirmed the arrival time 2 hours before the time and were very punctual. These young men were professional, courteous and very detail oriented. Both worked hard without wasting a minute in getting the furniture safely out of the container and up the stairs to designated locations. The heaviest pieces were handled with great care to avoid damage as well as safeguarding their own well being.. The communication both with me and between them as they navigated doorways, stairs and corners was OUTSTANDING. THIS WAS WITHOUT A DOUBT THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD IN OVER 30 YEAR OF MOVING AROUND THE COUNTRY.
It would be fortunate if they are available for my next move !

I am not pleased with this move. The men were both friendly however when they saw my truck they said it was too large for our move and everything would fit easily. I asked them not to forget anything and to leave room for our mattress that we would put in in the morning. They dragged wet outdoor furniture through my home instead of around, dripping water and bringing in dirt and leaves on my hardwood floors. They then did not leave space for the mattress and “forgot” to put in our flat screen TV. In the morning of our move we had to rearrange their work and ended up having to leave our almost brand new mattress behind. I am very disappointed with this service. Would NOT recommend.

I bring guys as third men to jobs and train them on the spot until...properly trained and motivated to do the best work required from our overseers.
