I paid for two movers for two hours. One of the movers broke down on the freeway on the way to my house, and wasn’t able to make it. The gentleman who showed up alone did a great job by himself, and got everything done in the time allotted. He was also very nice and polite. I would absolutely use this company again.

Even thogh they were a little late due personnel delay. One worker had a family issue and was not able to make it. The lead man called ahead of time and apprised me of the situation and the delay. Once they arrived they got straight to work and completed the job within the minimum time allotment so there was no extra charge. Both men we courteous and polite. I apprciated their assistance and would definitely recommend them to others.

Sent one mover who was completely drugged out on heroin or dental. He slept in truck after dropping my computer printer, breaking my coat rack and knocking over a stack of boxes because he couldn’t stand up straight! He also plugged my toilet, overflowed it and the just left the bathroom flooded with out saying a thing. I tried calling. Imperious times and I could not get a response from anyone! Some lady called later that day to try & tell me they would discount a $100 off $300 bill. I told her that was unacceptable and have a manager call me. She refused to let me speak to a manager and then billed my card eventhough I told her not too. All my belongings were left in garage for my 75 year old wife and I to move into the house which is what I hired them for. Now I have to dispute charges I never ok’d. BE AWARE DO NOT USE HIRE A HELPER. WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HIRED AND THEY WERE RECCOMENDED BY U-HAUL! U haul has been zero help also after i spent over $3000 with them for u box and trailer hitch and trailer rental. They couldn’t care less about customer service either!!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH HIRE A HELPER AND U HAUL ON THIS WHOKE PROJECT. Do not use either company if your smart!!! D P Malane
