Very nice and respectful. They worked hard. It was very hot but they kept working, going in and out and up and down a flight of stairs. They took the time to make sure all the hardware/screws were in baggies and kept with the furniture for reassembly. I have several pieces of antique furniture. They were careful and took care when moving the pieces. My personal preference would have been a bit more care given to the wrapping of the items. I was satisfied and pleased with their professionalism and work.

When they showed up they didn’t have the tools for the job if I didn’t have the tools they could not have done the job. I requested to have two desks put together and help with putting up my bed. It took them 2 hours to put up one desk and part of it was put up wrong also they left the box in my driveway. I was really upset with the service provided and would like to get a refund.
