Wow, where do I even begin? First they arrived at 9am on the dot. Came in, moved things around in the Uhaul to better accommodate my things, and went hard for 3 hours straight. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone in need of moving labor help. I recently had surgery and was very limited on what I could do. They went above and beyond and were extremely kind, pleasant, and followed direction. I hated to see them leave! A++++ service!

If I could give this review a zero, I would. I scheduled my move about two weeks ago. I was moving from GA to NC. My move was scheduled between 1p-2p. I called the contact number at 2:10pm, no answer. I called again at 2:13, no answer. I sent an email requesting an update and a phone call. I received nothing! At 2:45 I reached out to HireAHelper and they tried to contact this company as well. I received a call back at 3:05p letting me know that they could not reach the company either. I had to cancel my reservation and book with another company costing me 140.00 more. Ironically that was the amount I set aside for a tip. If you’re thinking about booking here please have a back up plan. Even a call letting me know the time was pushed back would have sufficed. Terrible service.

The loaders were very skilled at packing the cargo van and unloading it. They were both very friendly, professional and considerate. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was I felt that they moved a bit slowly. Otherwise, good job!
