The two gentlemen arrived exactly on time and were efficient in moving all my stuff up 2 long flights of stairs. I am very happy to recommend them. They were well-prepared, very considerate of my stuff and my costs, and I will use them for my next move. They also said they would move individual items I might purchase and with those 36 steps, that was music to my ears.

I could not have been happier with the two men, Del and Quay, who came today to move furniture upstairs and downstairs to rearrange our living space. Del was even able to fix a bed frame that had been poorly installed when it was moved here 2 weeks ago from a college room.
These men where courteous, efficient and careful with my furniture and I will not hesitate to request them the next time I have the need.

First, they were over an hour late. Second, they asked my grandson to put the TV sets (3) in his vehicle. My 70 inch TV was cracked. Third, they asked where 3 hand trucks came from. I only ordered an appliance hand truck, so I told them the UHaul must of left them in there. When I returned the truck, the 3 hand trucks were missing. Fourth, they were ready to shut the truck up, I asked them to wait and walk through with me. There were still a lot of things left in house. I told them what still needed to be loaded but they still left two area rugs, and a floor lamp. Fifth, I'm a disabled, elderly veteran so it was very difficult to oversee everything but after they unloaded everything they rushed me to sign and rate them, so I assumed everything was correct. Needless to say, later is when I realized the previous problems. Sorry I hired your company.
