This company came recommended by a staffing company, which I was not aware would be our source. Then when I called this company. It was actually further out, sourcing the job to four young boys. The boys arrived with only moving straps and no tools. And no other moving supplies like dolly and cards, or whatever else would be needed to safely move the furniture. The boys were extremely hard-working, extremely honest, and extremely diligent and did whatever we ask. Unfortunately, the company does not have them as an employee, but just outsources the work and sends them to the jobs without the proper tools. I would not recommend this moving company as you cannot. Be sure who is going to show up, and even worse the person they sell, said, even if they are confident will not be able to do the job without any moving supplies.

Braden and Jason arrived exactly at time requested. There were some logistical issues on our part and they were very understanding and worked with us to help us with everything we needed. I would highly recommend this company. Very professional and communication was excellent!!

First, let me preface this by saying I’m open to removing my concern if it is properly addressed!! Initially, I had intentions of leaving a glowing review—because in 12 moves, I’ve never seen two workers move so quickly and work so hard. They arrived and immediately got to work. Due to rain and my concern for safety, we placed all boxes in one room and only moved the furniture into their designated spaces.
While moving a box spring up my stairwell, it became clear that without removing the handrail, it simply would not fit. After several minutes of forceful pushing and pulling, the ceiling was left damaged—drywall was broken in multiple spots, and there were scuff marks along an edge.
I have contacted both the contracting company, Hire a Mover, and Muscle Movers directly via phone(Amanda) and email(admin). One of the workers even provided me with his manager’s number, and I called AMANDA directly. It has now been over 10 days since the move, and neither company has offered to repair the damage to my ceiling.
At the very least I expected MUSCLE MOVERS to return communication within 5 days. All this said I’d recommend Muscle Movers but just ensure you are observing to avoid damage because to date MY property damage has not been addressed.

Dylan and Gavin were very professional, clean cut, speedy, polite and courteous.
They unpacked a full Pack Rat Pod as well as assist my fiancé move furniture between rooms before the unpacking.
They were aware of item sizes and spatially aware of the walls. Even though there had been a light rain before and the entire time they were there, as well as the fact that the house is elevated on the property, they were able to complete the unloading under the time scheduled!
We will always call upon Moving Muscle in the future and highly recommend them to anyone for their moving needs.
