They badly damaged my furniture and literally dropped my washing machine off the back of the moving truck. I didn't spring for the more robust insurance thinking "how bad could they be?" - I was wrong. Attitude good. Initial Price good. Total cost of hiring them (once you include the cost of a new washing machine and repairing damaged furniture) was crazy high

Workers were here on time and prepared. They worked effectively and diligently to get the job done. This was not an easy task since I live on the third floor of my apartment complex, but these guys made it happen!

I was told they would have tools to take apart my bedframe. When I asked they said no one wrote that down so they weren't sure. I was called at 845pm the night before then received multiple calls this morning with no message. My desk was broken apart. My TV stand was damaged and I don't appreciate one of them taking pictures of rooms that did not have any of the stuff I asked them to get. I definitely don't appreciate being told that they couldn't get the bed because one of them was supposedly nauseous. I took the bed apart myself. What was the point of me paying them if I had to help them.

Our movers were magnificent! They arrived on time and worked diligently until late at night to pack. The packed our PODS carefully and with precision. It was a hot day but it did not slow them down. They were careful to wrap and pack precious items. Very respectful and accommodating. We would use them again. Outstanding service!
