The night before we received a message their truck broke down and had to push back an hour to secure a rental truck. Understandable but a little frustrating. Still showed up a half hour past window. They asked us for tape?? They did end up finding a partial roll of tape and small roll of shrink wrap and a couple moving pads. After they left our new home, we found several boxes upside down and on their sides causing spills of items inside causing a mess and a lot of shifting. A table left to me by mother has a large scratch on the top. First time having movers so we were a little taken aback by them being unprepared with supplies and handling of our items.
**I will note the 3 gentleman that came were very personable and very nice**

The two men were polite and pleasant and respectful. the actual time needed to unpack my container and move a couple of pieces of furniture inside the home took a half an hour at best. They were good at what we hired them to do, and I'd hire them again. No accidents, injuries or damage. I only wish you could request a shorter time period for the movers. With a 2-hour minimum booking at $350, it was a lot to swallow for just 30 minutes. That's my only criticism.

Sat in the chair and did very slow. Asked my help to get the tape from the corner so he does not have to get up.
Looking at cell phone. On FaceTime on the phone. Even after 4 hours the kitchen is not
finished. So I had to ask them to leave.
I had to call another crew of helpers from another company.
Three out of four worked as if that is their first day at work and on the phone.
