Hate giving less than wonderful review, but need to point out some things. On the good side, Chris did help me secure a trailer from U-Haul and I appreciate that. BUT... the web site assured me that (1), if extra time was needed it would not be a problem, Chris told me when he first arrived that no extra time was available. He changed that when another customer cancelled. (2) Web site said they would have tools needed to break down beds, Chris had no tools, used mine. My possessions were not loaded with care and several items were damaged badly. They seemed to just stuff things in and gave no consideration of the results. Lastly, Chris may want to re-think his vocabulary when in the presence of customers. I did not appreciate his throwing the "f" bomb around. He continually stated that he hoped I was 5 star happy. I was not.

They were a little ahead of schedule, but it worked out. They were quick and efficient and finished the job within four hours. There were some issues, but everything was resolved quickly and handled professionally. I would recommend and hire them again.
