Called us 1.5 hours before scheduled start time and said only one person available. Said he would come alone but then canceled.

I scheduled for arrival between 2-3pm and they did not show up till 6:45pm. Even though they called twice to say they were late, when I called to ask about their arrival at 6pm the guy was rude and not apologetic. They ended up sending another crew than the one I spoke with and they were nice and did a good job packing. Just be warned that these folks may not be punctual.

The guys arrived early and we’re efficient and were able to pack my container with everything! I’m definitely using the same team and company again when it’s time to unload my container in my new place. Definitely recommend!!

Harry and Victor - of Avalanche Moving , were amicable and friendly ; as well as I had hoped. I originally wanted the start time to be 1 pm. The start time was 2:30. I had to incur rush hour Denver Metro traffic . All in all ; I was ok with things. The only problem was the damage to a piano that was roped to the side of the truck - on the moving cart with wheels. The rush hour traffic of course meant ; gas , brake , gas , brake - etc. The piano became "mobile" in transit and was damaged by the support rails in the wall of the truck. We will not pursue any claim - but , I suggest that in the future - the objects be removed from anything with wheels. Thank you ,

Choosing helpers with so many to pick from wasn't easy. I looked at the past reviews and booked with Avalanche. I can honestly say, I am not disappointed at all in that choice. Harry and DJ were awesome! No scratches on any of the furniture. They were professional, polite and both worked extremely hard. I felt they truly wanted to make sure all went smoothly in such a stressful time.
I would definitely recommend them!

Avalanche Labor did a very good job packing up my moving truck. I wanted to take them with me to my ending location so they could unload for me. These guys were quick and efficient while also taking care of my stuff. I would definitely use them again.
