Let me first start by saying the guys that helped to unload were great.
The issue for me was the promises by the owner that were unkept. The move was supposed to be between 10am and 11am, they didn’t show up until 3pm after numerous calls and text.
Some companies overbook and I got the short end of the stick that day.
In any regards I know ownership of a business is hard but don’t make promises if you can’t keep them.

They were late by two hours because Hire a Helper double booked our move. The A2Z personnel were very good and they moved everything in three hours including the traveling time to the storage facility.

The guys did a good job. They a bit late, but called to let me know, so no problem. They were pleasant, introduced themselves and were very professional. They followed my instructions on where to put things, and were very careful of my things. I would definitely use them again.

We paid for 2 guys; but only 1 showed up; he showed up on time and worked VERY hard. He got a friend to come help him; but this was super strange as I'm not sure how his friend was getting paid. Anyway, this caused our move to last WAY too long. They also did not bring a big enough truck for our things. They did a good bit of damage moving the dressers in - lots of marks on the walls in the new place (that was just freshly painted) in the stairwell. We also did not get everything moved out so we had to do SEVERAL trips on our own with our car including moving some big things as it just got too late and my husband was exhausted (I'm sure the mover was also).

I needed a mover to assist us with moving the contents of our POD up three flights of stairs to a new apartment. We didn't know anyone in our new area and hired A2Z based on recommendations and reviews. Ron and Moe were a blessing! They arrived on time. Were in no way alarmed with the extreme contents of the POD, worked tirelessly to get it emptied in the timeframe we agreed upon. Nothing was damaged and we had that POD packed to the roof! Ron and Moe were so pleasant to work with, easy going and it was HOT that day….and they worked hard. They were gracious, courteous and got the job done! There is no way I could have done this without their help. I would use them again and again, gladly. I plan on it and you should too! If I could give them and A++ I sure would.

Put away any jewelry, open currencies and any other valuables that is not related to our project. Be ready- packed and organized if we are only providing labor services. Communication- Our team will need to be made aware of any adjustments or changes to the moving project.

Our team has performed many local, long distance and office moves. We are not limited to labor only services as we also do provide residential and commercial full moving services.

A2Z Moving crews are trained on protecting, packing and transporting furniture. * Protecting Furniture includes shrink wrapping, using moving blankets protections and systematically using card board boxes to secure our customer's belongings. * Packing includes organizing and boxing all belongings carefully by separating and packing fragile items with protecting materials. * Transporting includes securing all belongings using straps to minimize/ limit household goods from shifting when driving.
