What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our team will contact the customer to confirm the booking and gather any additional information.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our team will arrive 15 minutes prior to the schedule time and perform a walkthrough in order to have a seamless move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Put away any jewelry, open currencies and any other valuables that is not related to our project. Be ready- packed and organized if we are only providing labor services. Communication- Our team will need to be made aware of any adjustments or changes to the moving project.
What types of moves have you handled?
Our team has performed many local, long distance and office moves. We are not limited to labor only services as we also do provide residential and commercial full moving services.

What training do you provide your crew members?
A2Z Moving crews are trained on protecting, packing and transporting furniture. * Protecting Furniture includes shrink wrapping, using moving blankets protections and systematically using card board boxes to secure our customer's belongings. * Packing includes organizing and boxing all belongings carefully by separating and packing fragile items with protecting materials. * Transporting includes securing all belongings using straps to minimize/ limit household goods from shifting when driving.
