Mike and the guys came out and made quick work of my move. They expertly packed the pod I rented and handled my items with care. I would recommend them to everyone.

When we worked out the contracted time, they let me know I would be the last unloading job of the day. They projected a time and when the unloading time approached, they notified me they would be slightly delayed, assuring me they were on their way. I appreciated their attentiveness to our agreed time.
The men were professional, respectful and went right to work unloading the truck. Asked how I wanted things placed and did so accordingly. They were careful with my belongings.
I would use them again without hesitation.

First of Mr. Fallen had a huge chip on his shoulder. I paid the moving company 200 dollars extra to reduce the timeframe from 8-12 down to 8-10 I emailed Mr Fallen this on two sepearate occassions. the night before the move he told me he would be at my apt around 10, I relayed to him that made very little sense since the time from was between 8 and 10 and if he shows at 10, I have lost my entire moving time. He insisted his way was the best way. I suggested that if was not on my property within 10 minutes of the truck arriving and i have to pay more to the moving company I would surely write a poor review. After this i found it strange that in his review area he would have over 130 five star positive reviews and zero negative. That is not normal under any business scenario when there humans involved.
So the truck shows up at 845 am I call Mr fallen and said where are you, he says close, about 36 minutes out, that is not close to me. Just remember your money is on the line here, he chuckled. He arrived after 50 minutes. I had all items wrapped so they would all fit into the container (POD) needless to say i had to leave 25 percent of my belongings in the garbage due to poor packing. Hopefully this review will appear on the internet otherwise I will go high within your company and go to the BBB. No one should be able to treat another person in such a manner. I tipped each of the loaders 20.00 because some work was done with arrogant attitude.

Fallen Movers were fast, professional and friendly. This was probably the best money I have ever spent. 2 hours, 2 guys, loaded our entire house into a storage container and made everything fit so compactly that nothing will move in transport!!
