I was significantly delayed for my scheduled appointment time due to a major accident on the highway moving up to Chicago from St. Louis. Fallen Movers was very accomodating and stayed until the job was done. Although the entire job was completed within the two-hour time frame contracted, it wrapped up nearly an hour after the work was originally scheduled to be completed. I very much appreciated their flexibility and willingness to stay late (and wait around for me to show up on a hot summer day!). The workers were also friendly and hard-working and none of my items were damaged during the move-in.

This was a great experience. The 2 men who came to my house were thoughtful and careful. They communicated well with me the day of, letting me know how far away they were from my house. They were nice and polite. Would definitely hire them again!

Fallen Movers were fast, professional and friendly. This was probably the best money I have ever spent. 2 hours, 2 guys, loaded our entire house into a storage container and made everything fit so compactly that nothing will move in transport!! They made this move 100x more tolerable. Thank you SO much, Michael and team!!!!

We called Fallen Movers with less than 24 hours notice and they were able to squeeze us in when we needed them. They were both extremely professional and efficient: they unloaded our one bedroom, office, living room, AND kitchen (along with miscellaneous accouterments) in just under 2 hours up three-and-a-half flights of stairs. We arrived at our new digs early, and Fallen Movers were able to show up early with minimal notice as well. Nothing was broken, scratched, or damaged in any way. They were excellent at listening to our instructions for where to put things, and also helped move things again once the bigger furniture had been unloaded. We couldn't have done our move without Fallen Movers! They are absolutely fantastic.
