The Melendez Moving company handled everything, taking the time to remove light bulbs from lamps, disassemble and reassemble beds and dressers with mirrors, wrapping and protecting all of my belongings.
They were on time and kept in touch within the coming days of moving, their expected arrival time. I was even able to add another mover at the last minute. They worked relentlessly and kept a positive, professional manner through out. Thanks again!

Melendez Moving is GREAT! Kevin Melendez was helpful in getting it figured out and his two movers who were onsite were knowledgeable, professional, got the job done and were nice guys! They had to pack things into a freight trailer for shipment from Chicago to Alaska it went smoothly and everything is on the way! I will definitely use them again for our upcoming office relocation.

Although a little late due to 4th holiday activities, both helpers were just great and did a fine job. What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We always follow up with a direct call to discuss finer details of move and determine if there are any special circumstances that require our attention. We like to make sure everybody is on the same page before move day.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A fresh, punctual, uniformed crew. Bright eyed, bushy tailed and ready to rock & roll!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure you are as packed and prepared as can be. Plenty of packing paper in boxes that have glassware. Boxes full so as to avoid crushing, but not overly packed to avoid internal damage. Remove as much garbage and debris as possible to avoid cluttering walkways and getting mixed in with items to be moved. The more clean and orderly the less room for confusion on move day!
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled moves all sizes from dorm rooms to sprawling estates. We have also handled many commercial moves as well as long distance hauls all over the lower 48.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I love the feeling of pride and honor that comes with being welcomed into a customers home and trusted to handle their belongings, and then doing so in a stellar fashion. Feels great to see the sense of relief and contentment that comes over them once they see they're being cared for properly.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We teach every member of our team how to properly disassemble, wrap, carry, pack and reassemble furniture. We also show them how to treat customers and their homes with the utmost respect and consideration.
