At the end of the time window 9 -10 am I had herd nothing. After calling the contact number I was given 4 times over an hour I was finally informed the crew was not comming. After a bunch of back and forth they found a different crew to send out but they showed up almost 4 hours after I needed them we had done most of the work ourselves. I will acknowledge when they showed up they were very good. The workers get 5 stars the office people get 1 star. It averages to 2 because no matter how good you are you get nothing done if your not there and you throw all the rest of my timeline out of sync if your late.

The team from Steelman Moving were extremely capable and professional movers. I hired them to help me move my 1-bedroom apartment into my u-haul truck. Since they are a full service moving company they covered and wrapped my furniture securely and packed the u-haul for me. Their packing skills were impressive and after driving the u-haul across the country everything was still securely tied down and nothing was broken. The team that assisted me was also friendly and efficient and treated my belongings with care.
Highly recommend them to anyone moving in Chicago!

It was a circus in the alley where we had to move into the building. My guys were amazing. They were professional, very helpful and didn’t let any of it bother them. They went above and beyond. They were super friendly. I would definitely use them again.

Excellent crew. Showed up on time ready to work. The boss man has excellent communication throughout the entire process. Very friendly and very respectful of our stuff. I had a 16 ft truck stuffed full and they finished it well within the time frame we discussed. If I need these services again, I’m calling these guys back.
