Steelmen showed up before they were scheduled to and unloaded a 16ft truck to my second floor apartment in less than 1.5 hours. They did so during an absolute monsoon and were professional throughout. They contacted me via phone several times to update me on their arrival status and were very clear on expectations. During the move they did break a light fixture in a shared hallway. However, they sent me a brand new one within a few days to replace it. I would definitely hire Steelmen to move me again.

They showed up 40 minutes late. They were scheduled for 9 am, and showed ups at 9:40. Unfortunately for me the clock started when they got the order. I had unpacked half the truck myself by the time they got here. I was moving faster than they were. I caught them standing and talking twice.

JR and RJ were both mentally and physically prepared to move anything we asked of them. They arrived on time with all the tools necessary to get the job done in a timely and efficient manner. They were careful with our things and truly did an overall amazing job. We will be using Steelman Movers for our next move 1,000%, hopefully it will be with JR and RJ.
