Worst service I've ever paid for in any situation. Showed up late. Without the correct amount of workers. The owner promised to change the price to fix only sending one worker, then at the end of the job went back on his word. Don't bother wasting your money here.

We reached out 2 days prior to moving when we realized we needed movers afterall and were very thankful they were available at short notice and at a fair price. We were very happy with one of the movers (Alex) and he was on time but the other helper was new to the company and and unfortunately late, not very active, and didn't seem to know how to pack things in a way that made sense. Again I can't say enough about Alex though. He was amazing. Due to an emergency mid-move, we didn't get to use them the full 2 hours and Vic did send us a money order for a for refund. So I was very thankful for his honesty and follow through in that matter. I would use them again if we got Alex and his friend Gabriel that Alex normally works with. On a side note we did get to witness how well Alex and Gabriel worked together on another move. Those two were amazing! But again, I would only use Vics service if he guaranteed he would send those two.

Jacob and Xavier worked very hard and did a great job. They were helpful and resourceful. They started later than planned but we were informed ahead of time that they would.

4 hours late to the appointment. Stopped the movers early stating they could no longer work, left me with stuff all over the place. So frustrating. Paid for 4 hours of time only got 3.5 hours.

The two men that loaded furniture into our U-Haul were very professional and careful with my mom's china cabinet and all the other furniture. I would highly recommend them!
