The young men were good about communicating when they would arrive. They called twice, once when they were on thir way and again when they were a few minutes away. Once they arrived they worked fast and got the truck loaded in about one hours time.
We only noted one small issue which was more educational for the team & My husband sent that information on to Vic, so he can teach it to his team. Otherwise, I wouldn't hesitate to use this service again.

This team is great. While I requested 4 helpers for 2 hours, they were only able to send me 3. Those 3 were able to perform the transfer of cargo from my storage shed to the moving van within the 2 hours. The gentlemen were poised, worked purposefully, and took instruction for specific loads very well. They worked hard, were very respectful, and I would love to work with them again in the future.

The young men who showed up had no training. They were willing to work hard but my husband had to direct them in unloading refrigerator and how to stack efficiently. They had no tools with them. If the company will invest in training them I think they would be an asset to the company. They had Braun but no experience.

Two movers this day. One good…one terrible. This is the 5th or 6th time using this firm to load and then two weeks later unload my belongings. It’s been hit or miss.
This last time Wednesday was not good. When you have a container to empty and two hours minimum for the two guys…it’s doesn’t take but an hour to unload and place the belongs there they are to be placed in the home. It’s never a good thing for one of the movers to show up and ask where to unload to and motioning to a pretty full garage. Apparently, the mover wants to do as little as he can and be done with it. I told him..no…that I need the belongs moved into the house.
Principally, my main focus was to let the workers know where to -lace the items. All of the boxes were labeled by room and I had place sighs on each room corresponding to which room it was. So, mostly it’s pretty apparent where things are going. Regardless, I don’t want the workers to have to seek me out to ask me where items are going so I tried to stay near the container to help qualify where items are going.
We’ll, after the workers left…I noticed numerous box just dumped in the first room (living room) in the front door. All of these boxes were clearly marked for rooms identified on the second floor. The worker knew where the boxes should have been taken to…he wasn’t interested in getting the boxes to the correct room…he was more interested in dropping the boxes inside the front door and getting on with his day. He was terrible. This worker showed up late…immediately asked to use the bathroom and spent at least 10 minutes blowing up the bathroom. It was as unprofessional as it comes. I asked the workers about 20 minutes into the hour if they’d like a water. After that this worker didn’t wait for me to ask if they’d like a bottled water….he kept asking me. To top it off…like I said…there was only an hours worth of work and I was paying for two. After completing in a little over an hour…this worker was pushing for release of payment and at the same time impatient to leave…
Bad service…some pretty last workers. This is a company that is basically a labor broker. There is no supervision no one to ensure the crew is meeting any minimal work standards. Owner is out of state scheduling labor…and not managing anything except payment. Should be a foreman or at least a leader for each job. Avoid.
