ALTHOUGH THE MEN WORKING WERE VERY NICE... THEY DID A HORIBLE JOB OF LOADING THE TRUCK AND THERE ARE SEVERAL ITEMS THAT WERE DAMAGED... SOME OF THEM WERE IRREPLACABLE. THEY WERE SCHEDULED TO BE THERE BETWEEN 12-1 AND DID NOT SHOW UP TILL 1:50. THEY WHEN THE TRUCK WAS UNLOADED, THE HEAD PERSON DECIDED TO SIT IN THE HOUSE UNTIL HE WAS TIPPED. I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH HORRIBLE SERVICE AND WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!

Chase Moving was phenomenal. Their communication was good, they were on time, and they were efficient. I highly recommend Chase Movers. HOWEVER... I will never use Hire-A-Helper again. They called 30 minutes before my scheduled move to tell me about additional charges..."Do you still want the movers to be there? Do you want to use the same card for these charges?" Really? They call 30 minutes before the move time? We were not in a position to cancel Hire-A-Helper and rebook through another service company, or we would have. Thumbs up for Chase Movers! Thumbs DOWN for Hire-A-Helper.

Chase Movers confirmed their arrival time the day prior and on the day of the move. Everett and Matt arrived right on time. They were diligent, knowledgeable, courteous, and did not take a break until the job was done. They finished within the time budgeted.
I would use their services again and would highly recommend them.
