The movers I would give 5 starts once they finally got there for the work they did. I paid for two movers for two hours. They were supposed to be there between eight and nine when I called the company at 9 o’clock and asked where the movers were. The company said they’ll be there by 9:30. I then at 9:30 got a phone call from the movers that said sorry sir. There was a mixup in scheduling. We won’t be there till 1045. Th is almost 2 hours later then it should have been I had a flight to catch that afternoon so I had started moving stuff at 8 o’clock luckily. So by the time they got there half of the work was already done. They worked a total of 45 minutes. I had to pay for two hours and the company discounted $52 for them being an hour and 45 minutes late. If I could hire the movers themselves, I would, but I would not use this company if you are on any type of time restraint. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Customers can expect clear communication with a "Heads-up" call before dispatch out to you on move day. You can expect prompt arrivals and uniformed workers. Expect us to come in and conduct a initial walk-through before we start wrapping/ padding items and loading/unloading the truck. We do like to take Happy Customer Photos , so expect that!
