They dropped boxes, were slow. Needing constant direction. No where like the two that loaded the container. I question the overage fee for 15 minutes . That is certainly debatable. I would not recommend these two workers.
Regarding the billing: time begins when the crew arrives on site and is tracked in 15-minute increments. That system ensures fairness and accuracy for every customer, and may explain the additional 15 minutes you noticed.

The service was absolutely horrible. Tavion called me with a very nasty attitude just to tell me they were 40 minutes away. He still showed up 5 minutes late. When I asked him about the work, he just kept making excuses. After about 10 minutes, he left and left behind three “helpers” who couldn’t have been older than 20. They smelled like marijuana, wasted time, and were clearly milking the clock.
In one hour, they only managed to throw away 8 small bags of garbage because they kept disappearing for 10–15 minutes at a time. To make it worse, two of the helpers were shopping while another went to McDonald’s to buy food!
This was by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Very unprofessional, irresponsible, and a complete waste of money. Beware of Tavion Drain and his crew!

Customers can expect clear communication with a "Heads-up" call before dispatch out to you on move day. You can expect prompt arrivals and uniformed workers. Expect us to come in and conduct a initial walk-through before we start wrapping/ padding items and loading/unloading the truck. We do like to take Happy Customer Photos , so expect that!
