All 4 guys were very nice and polite. 3 of the 4 guys really busted their tails and worked hard. One guy just spent too much time resting and on his phone, and socializing with the others. They didn't bring any tools to put beds together, nor did they have a hand truck/dolly to move boxes more than one or two at a time. Because of this, they took longer than they should have and didn't get everything put together. They seemed unprepared for a "full service move", even though the evening before, the manager called and confirmed it was full-service. One was very conscientious about cleaning up after his crew, which we appreciated. I had to provide drop clothes to try to keep the floors and carpets clean, as they didn't provide those. They were all pretty careful with our property and we found only one smudge on the ceiling from moving furniture, but in an area where it was very tight. They weren't especially good about staging boxes and furniture as directed, but were polite when redirected to move anything. Overall I'd hire them again, just provide a little more supervision during the process.

Road Runnerz were amazing. They were courteous, took the time to help take things apart and wrapped everything to make help prevent scratches on furniture. I have used several movers to load UHaul/PODS and they are by far the best. They loaded every inch of the POD and tied things down to prevent movement.

Road Runnerz arrived a few minutes before they were scheduled to start work. They checked out the layout and items to move. They were very courteous and hard working individuals. I was impressed by the coordination of the packers and the movement of the furnishings into the truck. They were very respectful of us and our belongings. They actually finished a little before the 2 hour s was up. I would definitely recommend this group for your loading needs.
