I had Road Runnerz moving unload a storage facility into a moving truck. Despite me telling them that I would be driving this truck 2000 miles, and repeatedly showing them the ropes and ratchet straps I wanted them to use to secure the load, NOTHING was tied down. Because I helped them unload the truck (instead of overseeing their work) by the time I realized that my request was ignored it was too late. Even the furniture pads I gave them to keep things from being scratched were not used (things got scratched). Even their loading process is unprofessional - boxes marked FRAGILE had other boxes stacked on them, and even my television (which was in the originally box) had multiple boxes stacked on top of it.
Road Runnerz doesn't send professional movers, they send children who don't listen, don't know what they're doing, or simply don't care.
