The communication was great and the loading crew were very nice, especially since our truck arrived late (not their fault). I was disappointed with all the empty space left in the truck, such as putting nothing in the empty space beneath the 5' long table and lots of empty space on top. Better loading would have utilized the full height. This resulted in me having to make multiple trips in my car (4 hour round trip) to get the last of our stuff moved.

After our initial 11:00am appointment was canceled due to a worker injury the Holmes team came and saved the day!! They showed up at 4:20pm and helped carry the worlds heaviest mattress up to the primary bedroom!
