Carrington & Harrison from Road Runnerz were professional, helpful, careful, and fast when they unloaded our large POD in White House, TN. Even after everything was out and in the house they offered to reposition furniture and assist as needed. Very thankful to have gotten their assistance.

I was told before I booked that the movers would have everything they needed. They showed up with nothing. They did work hard and were nice but rushed to leave after four hours. They were paid for six and I wasn't refunded any money. One of them told me they'd take down mounted tv sets but they didn't.

This team of gentlemen that I had were AMAZING!!! Denzler was the main contact man.They were so fast and efficient with everything!!!! They were THE BEST!!!! Would use again!!!
However, the admin process was TRASH! (Except for Briana when I had to reschedule the time. She was great). The admin team got the address wrong and the guys had been dealing with that all day. Since that address was an hour away, the moving team had to come to me the next morning.

Although it was a very hot and humid day, they worked nonstop. They were very respectable of my belongings not throwing things around. They packed the truck very well. My daughter prayed the whole time because her husband told her your Mom should have gotten a bigger truck. I was very happy they were conscious of the 2 hour window.

They were rough with our furniture and damaged our leather couch and floor. They disregarded items labeled fragile, this side up and top load only….
The most upsetting is one of the African American workers asked my wife directly if she liked chocolate (wink,wink) after giving him a power bar. This is 100% inappropriate, unacceptable and unprofessional!

These guys were amazing! Super friendly, but also professional. We had limited space on the truck, but they did an excellent job of fitting everything onto the truck. Highly recommend them!!

The movers informed me they were available to assist earlier than scheduled and called for specific directions to avoid unnecessary wandering through the subdivision. The two young men were polite, professional, and diligent. They followed directions precisely and completed the unloading efficiently and promptly...I will definitely use them again!!
