Major Moves was on time, however, they were not prepared for the job because they did not come with their own personal hand dolly. Thank goodness there was one on my Penske truck. The owner had an emergency and he explained that to me at the start of the job. Once they two guys got going, we all moved pitched in and helped the two guys unload my 26 ft Penske truck. An hour later another guy came from Major Moves with another personal hand dolly. Unfortunately, they did break one of the sections of my entertainment center. I found the pieces on the street after we moved the truck when I was sweeping my driveway the next day. I even warned them ahead of time to be careful with those two pieces Normally, I would upset and wanting some type of compensation for my loss, but I know it would be a waste of my time to fight for them to replace a $3000 entertainment center, but it would be nice if they would be willing to help me to try to repair it. The other reason is because the owner told me the two guys that came were new.

Super friendly service and they did a great job at maximizing the space in my container POD. They showed up on time, worked hard for the two hours they were hired for, and had a positive attitude. I would definitely recommend!

My two guys were great and so courteous and professional. They followed my instructions and placed everything where I wanted them as well as assembled some items quickly. They took great care when moving my items as well. I’d definitely use them again! I wish I remembered their names but it was a long day and they took away some of that moving stress.

They unloaded our POD as requested and finished 30 minutes before the 2 hour minimum. Chris helped me unwrap some of my furniture and setup my 2 theater seating recliners.
